Because our logistics network initiates order preparation shortly after checkout, we offer a narrow timeframe for adjustments. This policy details the specific conditions under which cancellations or modifications can be processed.

⏱️ 1. The 24-Hour Modification Window

To maintain quick shipping speeds, we provide a short grace period for order alterations.

• Timeframe for Changes: You can request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Cancellations within 12 hours: Full refund, no fees.

• Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours: Shipping labels may already have been purchased. In such cases, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you will receive a refund for the product value only.

• Modifications within 24 hours: Changes to items, options, or delivery details are processed at no extra charge.

• Post-Window Rule: Once the 24-hour limit passes, orders have entered production and are locked. They can no longer be canceled or modified.

🚫 3. Orders Already in the Fulfillment Phase

Once the 24-hour window has ended, or an order has been picked, packed, or assigned to a delivery carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL):

• Cancellations: Are strictly prohibited at this stage.

• Modifications: We cannot modify delivery addresses, recipient names, or product options (size/color) after a shipment is dispatched.

• Next Steps: If your package has already shipped, please receive the delivery first and then refer to our Return & Refund Policy to send the item back for a refund.

• Address Accuracy: Blitzthreads is not liable for orders lost due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping info provided by the buyer. If a package returns to our facility due to an invalid address, reshipping costs will be required to mail it out a second time.

• Combining Purchases: For logistical accuracy, we are unable to merge separate orders into a single shipment once checkout is finalized.
